Bill founded ISHEM in 2002 and is a recognised international expert in Legionella and risk evaluation. Bill holds a PhD in Water Quality and Treatment, and is a Chartered Water and Environmental Manager. A Past Chair of the Legionella Control Association, he is also a Fellow of the Water Management Society and serves on the British Standards Institute committees for Water Quality and Legionella Risk Assessment.

Kerry joined ISHEM in 2006 as a Water Technician. Having worked at every level in the company, Kerry knows how to keep things running smoothly, which is why she's the obvious choice for our Operations Director. She holds a BSc in Environmental Science and helps shape industry standards by collaborating with the Water Management's Society's Training and Accreditation Committee.

Tom joined us in 2018 having previously worked across a wide range of sectors in various job roles from sales to contractor management. Tom uses his broad industry knowledge and deep technical expertise to ensure we're at the cutting edge of Legionella compliance. He holds a Doctorate in Organic Chemistry and helps shape industry standards through his work with the Water Management Society and Legionella Control Association.
